In addition to a completed form and $2.00 for each transcript requested, you will need to provide a stamped "legal" sized envelope addressed to the school to which you want your transcript sent. DO NOT put your return address on the envelope. We will put THS's address at the return address.

M. Dillon

Seniors please remember that you must let colleges/universities know if you are expecting to earn a grade below a C in any of the classes you entered on your self-reported classes planned or in-progress on your college application. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your admission to your campus. Questions? Contact the campus. Some schools/majors expect you to show up with a "similar" GPA as the one you were admitted with. Senior grades do count!
