The 24 th Annual International Coastal Cleanup Day is Sat., 9/20, 9am-noon. Come participate in the largest volunteer event focused on the marine environment in the country. Last year more than 60,000 volunteers worked together to collect more than 900,000 lbs of trash and recyclables in CA alone! Stope by rm. B120 for a mandatory waiver and cleanup locations. Be a part of the solution to marine pollution.

If you do not see your name, see Mrs. Dillon ASAP! This is a Preliminary SAT Reasoning test. Juniors planning to apply to a 4-year college directly out of high school are advised to take this test. Sophomores & freshmen can take it for practice.

Teachers: I have received the following request from Dee at the sub desk: " Please stress to the teachers when calling the recorder to speak after the beep. I've been getting calls and don't hear the name or school etc. Also, sub teachers have been calling in and confirming assignments that I know nothing about. The teacher or the secretary has to call it in or email the sub desk." Please help us out and let me know when you have made arrangements with a particular sub teacher to come in during your absence. It's good to let me know so that I can also check to see that they have been cleared and hired to work. Thanks.
