It is with great honor and Tartar Pride that we tell you that we have confirmed that Louis Zamperini will be in attendance at the September 17th, first home Varsity Football Game, as Torrance High School re-dedicates Zamperini Stadium with it's new look! We hope you will join us on this very special evening!! The original Zamperin Stadium opened in September of 1962 and all of us who have watched it mature with time, are looking forward to seeing the brand new look and feel of our beloved Zamperini Stadium.
So, wear your Maroon and Gray, hey, if you have your old letterman's sweater or jacket, Cheerleader sweater or anything that shows your Tartar Pride, wear it. For those of you who are friends of THS, please join us in wearing of our great colors.
Hope to see you there. The ceremony will take place at approximately 6:45 p.m. with the game starting at 7:00 p.m..
