- If you have been out of high school less
than 5 years, contact your school directly; if over 5 years,
please follow directions below.

- 1. To request transcript Click Here to
download Request for Transcript Form. Please complete all
sections. Submit ONE request.

- 2. If you would like your records
mailed, please provide a 9 x 12 envelope addressed to
yourself.

- 3. Provide a copy of your drivers
license.

- 4. Include $5.00 for each copy. We can
only accept exact cash or a money order, payable to TORRANCE
UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT.

- 5. Mail completed request form, copy of
your drivers license, payment and envelope addressed to
yourself (if you would like records mailed, see #2 above) to
address below:

- TORRANCE, CA 90509

- 6. Records are available for pick up at
the above address. Please allow approximately three weeks to
process your request. Do not submit multiple requests as this will
only delay processing your records.

- 7. DIPLOMAS:The Torrance Unified School
District does not have copies of diplomas.

- 8. ATTENTION employer, college, and
investigative agency: Due to budgetary constraints, forms sent to
us to complete will no longer be processed. Once you have
submitted a Request for Transcript Form, a transcript will be
mailed to you.

- 9. TELEPHONE, FAX OR E-MAIL REQUESTS ARE
NO LONGER PROCESSED.
